Abstract
This research studied the antibacterial effect of casein hydrolysates hydrolyzed by trypsin.The peptide whose molecular weight is less than 3 ku showed great inhibitory activity against a number of microorganisms especially Staphylococcus aereu and Escherichia coli,This peptide was prepared by the way of ultrafiltration.
