Abstract
As many managers paid more attention to both nonmarket and market environment in China's market,they believed that multinational firm strategy should be composed of market(or competition) and nonmarket components.Therefore,this paper formulates a theoretic model of market and nonmarket strategy,maneuver and tactics,which focus on the analysis of the conceptual relationship among three aspects.Moreover,this model reflects how multinational firms in China carry on trade or investment options,tactics selection and strategies implementation.
