Comparison of the Land Policies between the Chinese Communist Party and the Kuomintang during the Democratic Revolution

During the Democratic Revolution,for he Chinese Communist Party and the Kuomintang,it was believed that the start point of their policy making is the same,namely,land to the tiller,and because of the essence of the two parties,that there are great differences between the two policies in the following aspects:to whom the interests go,the aims and ways of the policy making,and their coverage and implementation,which brings about different effects and affects.
