Clinical Effect of Jiaweiqianzhengsan in Acupuncture Treatment of Facial Neuritis

Objective To evaluation of Jiaweiqianzhengsan in treatment of facial neuritis by combined acupuncture clinical effect.Methods In our hospital from 2011 May to 2012 May treated 80 cases of facial paralysis were randomly divided into control group and observation group,the control group using traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment,the observation group used traditional Chinese medicine Jiaweiqianzhengsan in coordination acupuncture therapy.Results The two groups of patients with two kinds of treatment methods can be learned,the observation group 40 cases cured 21 cases(52.5%),effective 11 cases(28.9%),improved in 5 cases(13.2%),invalid in 3 cases(7.9%) the total efficiency of 92.1% for the control group 13(32.50%) cases were cured,effective 10 cases(26.3%),improved in 8 cases(20%),invalid in 9 cases(23.7%) the total efficiency of 76.3%.The two treatment groups had significant difference(P0.05).Conclusion The clinical use of Jiaweiqianzhengsan in treatment of facial neuritis with acupuncture is superior to western medicine treatment,and high safety,worthy of clinical application.
