The clinical study of leukotriene receptor antagonists combined with hormone in the treatment of children with moderate and severe asthma

Objective To investigate the treatment effect of leukotriene receptor antagonists combined with hormone in the treatment of children with moderate and severe asthma.Methods 94 cases of moderate and severe asthma in children for diagnosis and treatment were chosen as the research object.They were randomly divided into two equal groups.The control group was taken with conventional hormone therapy,and the experiment group was taken with oral leukotriene receptor antagonist montelukast on the basis of the control group.Results The total effective rate for the control group after treatment 1 w was 87.2%,and the total effective rate of the experimental group was 97.8%.The statistical analysis showed there was a statistically significant difference for the clinical outcomes of two groups of patients(P0.05).In addition,compared with the control group,clinical symptoms and signs in the experimental group disappeared significantly shorter,and lung function improved in a good condition(P0.05).Conclusion For the treatment of children with moderate and severe asthma,leukotriene receptor antagonists combined hormone can significantly improve patients' lung function,and shorten the course to improve the treatment effect of diseases.
