Abstract
Under the background of manufacturing industry globalization and market competition being more intensive, the Manufacturing Resource Information Service Platform (MRISP) based on Internet& Intranet is presented in this paper. By using Internet means, the MRISP provides a functional platform that allow enterprises to communicate and collaborate with one another on manufacturing resources, such as technology resources, equipment and human- resource, etc. and make use of them more effectively. Thus will achieve the goal of rapid response to market and saving the costs of manufacturing. The integrated infrastructure of information, including the levels of resources integration, function integration, management integration and technology integration is analyzed and described. According to customers' potential needs, the detailed functions of this system are designed and partly realized. Key problems and core technologies used in the system are presented and analyzed.
