2,000 m fully hydraulic gear and rack drilling rig

To meet the need of special drilling operation in 2,000 m-below directional wells,horizontal wells and sidetracking wells,the fully hydraulic gear and rack drilling rig was developed.The electric control system of the rig adopts the field bus control technology,achieving the purpose of using the PLC to control and monitor the rig's main parts.The hydraulic system adopts the electrohydraulic closed-loop proportion technology as the basis to achieve the monitoring of the hydraulic pump and motor and complete the lifting,lowering and rotating functions of the power head.The rig is also provided with the pipe handling system to catch the drill pipe from the pipe rack and send it to the wellhead.The rig has such advantages as compact structure,good mobility,reliable operation and low costs.It has bright market prospects.
