Abstract

Inspired by the first list of national intangible cultural heritage, the paper analyzes and studies main plays of Zhejiang province e.g.Girl the Fifth etc. based on Zhejiang folk literary material since the founding of PRC. Compared with typical masterpieces both home and abroad drawing nutrition from folk literature, the paper holds that folk literature is rich treasure for drama, film and television creation. It also expounds the reason why works based on folk literature always win people's favour.
