Abstract
As a big agricultural province,it is urgent for Jilin province to get rid of traditional small economy structureand change into the modern agricultural structure of developed countries.Jilin province must deepen land system re-form and agricultural products flow system,change the operation concepts of farmers,develop specialized agricultural areas and town enterprises etc.
