Efficacy observation of the peritoneal dialysis in treatment of acute renal failure in children

Abstract
Objuective To evaluate the application of peritoneal dialysis for acute renal failure in children.Methods The clinical records of 27 cases of acute renal failure treated with peritoneal dialysis were reviewed.Results Of the 27 cases required peritoneal dialysis,22 cases was cured,2 cases gave up the treatment,and 3 patients died.The cilinical indicators were significantly improved after peritoneal dialysis.Conclusion The clinical effect of the peritoneal dialysis for the acute renal failure in children is signigicant.It is safe,simple and effective method of dialysis.
