Abstract
The key factor of decreasing production cost for electric arc furnace is energy saving, the specific electric energy consumption of EAF is one of important indexes to evaluate its energy saving effect. The energy saving measures of EAF are summarized, the calculation method of specific electric engrgy consumption of EAF is introduced, the diverse quantity of specific electric energy consumption are given when all influence factors change one unit.
