Abstract

The key to the development of Chinese industry is to promote the capabilities of industrial technological innovation . The new environment of technological innovation brings about tremendous challenges to capabilities of technological innovation. The backward of science and technology and the imperfect innovation mechanism account for the low capabilities of industrial technological innovation, so there will be still a long way to go. Accordingly, some countermeasures need to be brought forward in order to promote the capabilities of industrial technological innovation.
