Abstract
The development of pharmaceutical industry indicates that pharmaceutical industry is one of the industries with most deep and scaled technology innovation. The theorist and entrepreneurs are all concerned about the problem of organizational model adapted by the pharmaceutical industry,there are different views on it between the theory and practice. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of pharmaceutical technology innovation and the features of pharmaceutical technology innovation process,combined with the present conditions of national pharmaceutical firm,it points out that cross-organizational RD model is the appropriate selection for national pharmaceutical enterprise.
