On Position and Function of Community Police Duty in Anti-terrorism and Maintaining Stability Work

Community police duty,as a kind of new police duty principle,puts forward a challenge to traditional police work.It also is a weak link in anti-terrorism and maintaining stability work in Xinjiang.Community police still lack conception of collecting anti-terrorism intelligence,control the area non-intensively,and lack collecting system and decision mechanism of antiterrorism intelligence.We should strengthen supervision on persons,renting houses,the community combined areas and social management blind spots,perfect community police duty mechanism,improve intelligence collection ability,and effectively strike and compress activity space of terror groups,as to effectively develop function of community police duty in policepeople cooperation,the maintenance of community public order,crimes prevention and anti-terrorism work.
