Abstract
Physical deterioration of students had closely related to achievement of school sports objectives.In order to reach a comprehensive school sports goals,it was necessary for physical education in school to establish a lifelong sports consciousness and life-long physical ability as the starting point because of youngsters physique about personal development and social progress.Secondly,school sports education should devote to form a system which enhancement of teenagers physique was a systems engineering,mainly through focusing on changes in values,implementing national laws and regulations,and creating a good environment,only this way,the periodical goals of school physical education and the ultimate goal of strengthening physique for young students could be fully achieved.
