On Literature Expecting of Shen Cong-wen and Zhu Guang-qian

Both Shen Cong-wen and Zhu Guang-qian are grand masters in the history of modern Chinese literature. Both being the Key-men of Beijing School, they lived together for a long time before liberation and had rich experiences in editing. In fact, editing and literary career are unified for them, because their editorial ideas are the extension and practice of literary views. Taking the editorial ideas and practice of Dagongbao·Wenyi Fukan and Wenxue Zazhi as the core, the new person’s plan in editing and value of literary faithfulness as the main line, the paper explores into their literature expecting.
