Abstract
After reviewing the development process and its characteristics of the United States energy conservation and new energy automotive industry innovation,it finds out that China's innovation system of the automobile industry is bound to contain the target system,the policy system,environmental and technological innovation system of four parts,and that the four as a part of architecture,is the integration of mutual support. As that part of the China's automotive industry innovation system,the complete extent of new energy automotive industry innovation system will directly determine Chinese automotive industry's international competitiveness.
