Abstract
The fatigue compressing test of corrugated fiberboard was conducted. The effects of the compression magnitude, compression frequency and number of compression on the plasticity deformation, bearing capacity and cushioning coefficient of corrugated fiberboard were determined, compared with non-compressed corrugated fiberboard. The results showed that the dynamic properties of corrugated fiberboard are descended with the variable fatigue compressing conditions. The influence of fatigue on the properties of cushion material should be considered to meet the anticipated cushioning effect.
