Abstract

Infectious bovine rhinotracheitis(IBR),which is caused by Bovine herpesvirus I,is acute,causing fever and contagious.The main symbols of the IBR are high fever,difficulties in respiration,rhinitis,nasosinusitis,upper tracheitis and latent infection.It is pandemic,and the IBR virus has been isolated and identified in all the countries except for the southern America.It is also isolated in some districts in our country.The pathogen,epidemiology, diagnosis, vaccination etc,are discussed in the paper,which could provide some preferences for the studies in the IBR.
