Abstract
Objective To obtain adipose-derived stem cell(ADSC)of rats. Methods ADSCs of Wistar rats were digested with collagenase typeⅠsolution. The growth curve of ADSCs was checked by cell counting; The cell proliferation was tested by MTT method; The molecular markers of ADSCs were detected with immunofluorescence. Results The morphology of ADSCs was identical to fibroblast-like and the cells showed active proliferative ability.Vimentin and CD105 antigens could be detected, but CD31 and α-SMA antigens were negative. Conclusion ADSCs can be used as seed cells for tissue engineering due to the simple isolation and stable, active growth of ADSCs.
