Abstract

There are two main different corporate governance modes in developed countries. They are Anglo-Saxon mode and Rhine mode. The two modes have been showing some indication of sameness since the 1980s. However, we can't deduce a conclusion of the same corporate governance mode from these. In my opinion, it is impossible that the two modes tend to become substantially the same. The conclusion gives us important inspiration for constructing our corporate governance mode.
