Study on Promotion Strategy of FDI Technology Spillover Effects

This paper proposes the concept of FDI technology spillovers,systematically analyzes its generated mechanism from four aspects of competition,cooperation effects,human capital flow and industry association effects,and further finds that characteristics of FDI,technology spillover's channel,technology absorptive capacity of domestic enterprises and the level of financial support have had a crucial impact on FDI technology spillovers.On this basis,it ultimately puts forward specific implementation strategy to enhance FDI technology spillover effects.
