Abstract
Understanding the essence of socialism is a sublimation in understanding the law of socialist construction.Scientifical location of development phases is a basic prerequisite to the practice of socialist construction.The basic tasks for scialist construction are to make efforts to develop the productive forces.Reform and opening up is the route we must take to push ahead with socialist construction. To build socialist political and spiritual civilization,enhance harmony between man and nature and attain sustainable development are the objectives of socialist construction.
