Study on the Effect of "New Generation" New-style Famers and Its Training Paths Acceleration

The necessity of the transformation of traditional farmers to modern farmers were expounded,namely the construction of socialist countryside need modern farmers;urban-rural integration coordinated development need the transformation of traditional farmers to modern farmers;the development of modern agriculture also need the transformation.Moreover,the characteristics and effect of new generation new-style farmers were analyzed,and the paths for accelerating the training of new generation new-style farmers were proposed,which include perfecting the farmer's educational legislation to provide solid foundation;creating conditions to provide expenditure guarantee;scientific planning to create regular,systematic and standardized training;grasping vocational education,improving the overall quality of new generation new-style farmers;innovating contents to satisfy the local needs;highlighting the important points and strengthening competitiveness training of home-going migrant workers.
