Abstract
This paper illustrates the operation significance of implementing modern enterprise cost management in construction enterprise,introduces the foothold of modern cost management,and discusses modern cost management of construction enterprise and cost control of construction project,in order to increase economic benefits of construction enterprise and to promote its further development.
