Abstract

Objective:To investigate the relationship of disseminated intravascular coagulation(DIC) with coagulation, fibrinolysis changes and prognosis in patients. Methods:Two hundred and forty patients were divided into survival group and death group to observe the changes of platelet(PLT) count, prothrombin time(PT),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),fibrinogen(Fbg),fibrin(fibrinogen) degradation products(FDP),protamine paracoagulation(3P) test and D-dimer(D-Dimer).Results:The positive rate of D-Dimer in DIC patients is the highest, the coagulation and fibrinolysis in death group were significantly higher than those in the survival group; It was found that the DIC score in death group was rising and/ or maintained at a high level by dynamic monitoring on 49 DIC patients. Conclusion:Dynamical monitoring on coagulation and fibrinolysis of DIC patients, combined with the score, was important to evaluate the pathogenetic condition and prognosis.
