Abstract
Objective: To prepare and purify polyclonal antibody to GST/S3a. Methods: The antibody was extracted by salting method ,the IgG was purified with protein A-agarose column and the polyclonal antibody was detected by ELISA. Results: The acitivity of the polyclonal antibody to GST/S3a was normal which showed the production of producing antigen-antibody response compound. Conclusions: The prepared antibody serum has the activity to the fusion protein GST/S3a, which provides a base for the next step.
