Abstract

Flavonoids were extracted from Perilla frutescens leaves by ethanol extraction method. The optimum technical conditions were determined as follows through single factor test and orthogonal experiments: 55 %vol ethanol, temperature at 60 ℃,the ratio of solids to liquid was 1∶16(g/v),4 h extraction, and extraction twice.
