Abstract
On the basis of the literature analysis,the connotation of the characteristic cultural industry was defined.The characteristic cultural industries were analyzed and demonstrated comprehensively and systematicly by SWOT analysis.Moreover,some suggestions and countermeasures on developing cultural industry were put forward in order to solve the three rural issues and provide reference for economic development in Hebei province.
