In the theoretical system of TCM, qi theory was a baseline theory. The medical specialists in the past dynasties paid most attention on the pathophysiologic effect of of Qi in human body . In order to guide the clinical practice, this article tried to elucidate all diseases were resulted from qi disorder on the basis of learning related knowledge and their relathionsip with disease occurrence and evolution, from the essence and importance of Qi, dyisfunction of Qi-movement and their endanger, the theory and practices in clinical treatment using Qi theory.
