Government's credit: its implications, presence and remodeling

Abstract
Among all the credits, the government's credit is the most important. Due to complicated reasons, our government's credit has been decreasing to such an extent that a credit crisis arise. It is proposed in the present paper that to restore government's credit, to change the government's functions and construct government credit provide solutions to these problems.
