Mastitis is the most common disease in dairy industry which hazards dairy cattle greatly.It reduces the quantity and Quality of milk,delays the estrus and lowers the impregnation rate,thus result in great economic loss.Prevention measures and therapy treatments of mastitis of dairy cattle were reviewed in the paper.
