Abstract
Biochemistry and molecular biology course group is the basic experiment and forefront course in life science.The experimental skill training can not only influence the students on related curriculum understanding and learning,but also further influence the students' scientific thinking process and the ability to analyze and solve problems.By reconstruction of experiment content system of the biochemistry and molecular biology course group,as well as reform of teaching means and examination,combined with teachers’scientific research and the dynamic frontier,the experimental teaching teform of biochemistry and molecular biology course group in application-oriented college for cultivation of students' innovative ability has been carried out,which gets good result,providing a reference for similar course reform.
