Abstract

The article studies the fermentation by Aspergillus oryzae 3.042,analysies the influences of carbon sources, nitrogen sources , pH, volumn; obtains the optimum fermentation conditions:10%sucrose ,1% peptone,pH=2.5 ,volumn 40mL(250mL flask). On the conditions of fermentation temperature 30℃ ,shake falsk rotational speed 200 revolutions per minute , we get the highest output 3 340 milli-gram per liter.
