Abstract
The 21st century is the century of the sea.A country with its marine development,utilization and maintenance of the marine rights and interests depends on a largeextent on their understanding of the marine value.If young people can strong senses of the application of modern marine awareness,this generation of young people tend to master the nation's destiny.Meanwhile,the weak awareness of the historical era is going to the end,which indicates the prosperous cause for our marine industry and stead rise of our nationality.
