Abstract

The aim,design scheme,key techniques and application of the advanced application function for relay protection and fault information system in Guangdong power grid are described.The system enables advanced applications such as comprehensive analysis and information releasing for actual trip-out accidents,and routine management of substation relay protection and filtering equipment,thus greatly accelerating the disposal of system faults.
