Research on the Difference of Routine Chemical Components and Aroma Substance in the Different Aroma Style of Flue-cured Tobacco

[Objective] The difference between the routine chemical components and aroma substance in the different aroma styles of flue-cured tobacco was discussed.[Method] Based on the smoking sensory evaluation,the detection and multiple comparisons of routine chemical components and aroma substances of the typical strong aroma style,strong aroma style with delicate character,delicate aroma style flue-cured tobacco were done.[Results] The routine chemical components and aroma substances in the delicate aroma style of flue-cured tobacco were ample and in the strong aroma style of flue-cured tobacco were lowest.The chemical components improving smoke softness were harmonious in the strong aroma style of flue-cured tobacco and they were lowest in the strong aroma style of flue-cured tobacco with delicate character.The amount of sugar,fatty acid,volatile aroma substance and alkaloid were low and the amount of HTJ and organic acid were high in the strong aroma style of flue-cured tobacco.In the strong aroma style of flue-cured tobacco with delicate character the amount of organic acid,SFA/PUFA and caroteniod degradation products were low and the amount of fatty acid was high.In the delicate aroma style of flue-cured tobacco the ration of minor alkaloid to total alkaloid was high,the amount of fatty acid was median and the amount of neophytadiene degradation products was high.[Conclusion] The routine chemical components and aroma substances in the different aroma styles of flue-cured tobacco were obvious different.
