Abstract
Waterflood development of fault block S2 has sustained for about 40 years,it has entered the double high development period, water flooding development effect is not ideal, plane and interlayer contradictions are big. In this paper, the fine reservoir description was used to reexamine and explain the structure, research reservoir architecture, analyze the difference of reservoir quality, strengthen the recognition of S2 fault block structure and reservoir fluid distribution, which can lay a good foundation for analysis of remaining oil in the next step, determination of the secondary development plan.
