Abstract
In South-to-North Water Transfer Project,Minghe Aqueduct's most characteristics arelarge discharge and great size.Based on structural characteristics of large aqueduct and finite element method software ANSYS,the vibration characteristics analysis is conducted for a large aqueduct.Variation scopes of modesof the large aqueduct under four conditions(aqueduct without water,aqueduct with water in threetroughs,aqueduct with water in the middle trough,aqueduct with water in side troughs) are studied.The computation results lay the foundation for systematic design of large aqueduct.
