Analysis the Factors of the Sugar Metabolic Disorders in Neonate

【Objective】To investigate the related factors of the sugar metabolic disorders in neonate.【Methods】Analyze the condition of monitoring the 1042 neonate blood sugar in hospital.【Results】247 neonate occur the disorder of the blood sugar,containing 180 neonatal hypoglycemia,33 neonatal hyperglycemia,34 both of these.The disorders of the blood sugar have negative correlation with the born weight and the gestational age.Hypoglycemia occurs more in slight Severe asphyxia of newborn,as hyperglycemia occurs more in Severe asphyxia of newborn,the incidence of the blood sugar disorders is significantly high in infection group than uninfection group.Hypoglycemia is more apperance in neonate which its mothers have diabetes mellitus and they suffer from hemolytic disease of the newborn.【Conclusion】Continuous monitoring the blood sugar in high risk infant,correct the blood sugar disorders timely,reduce the occurrence of sequelae.
