Abstract
Objective To research the interaction between NSCs and OECs when cultured or co-cultured respectively to provide the theoretical basis for the repair of CNS damage.Methods NSCs and OECs were separated and cultured.NSCs and OECs were co-cultured with DMEM/F12 solution.The results were analyzed with immunocyitochemistry method and confocal laser scanning microscopy.Results On the 7th day of co-culture,it was found OECs could promote the proliferation and differentiation of NSCs into neurons,astrocytes and ligodendrocytes.The rate of neurons reached 78.2%.Conclusion OECs can promote the proliferation and differentiation of NSCs.The rate of neurons is high.
