Discussion on the Role of the Library in the Construction of New Countryside

Abstract

Rural library,the basic level library,which is most close to the peasants,plays an important role in aspects of improving the cultural quality of the peasants,adjusting rural industrial structure,and promoting rural harmonious development,etc.This paper introduces the functions of the library in the construction of new countryside,and puts forward some suggestions on developing rural library.
