Introduction of Video Quality Assessment Based on IPTV

As an important part of triple play,IPTV development is extremely concerned.To compete with traditional TV services,it is critical that IPTV can provide a good user quality of experience(QoE).Its image quality measurement based on QoE has become increasingly important.Several objective quality assessment algorithms about QoE of IPTV are introduced in this paper.According to different applications,some concern more on the loss of network and some pay more attention on coding artifacts,while others take into account both of factors.
