With the gradual deepening of economic communication between China and other countries,RMB exchange rate becomes more important.Now risk management function is comparatively separated in China's some big commercial banks,and it is incomplete for their organizational structure and system,exchange risk management policy and procedure,and internal management of exchange risk.We should build effective internal frame of management organization of exchange risk,increase management ability of board of di-rectors and senior leaders to exchange rates,improve information system of risk management,make correct management procedure of exchange risk,build clear purview structure of exchange risk management and responsibility mechanism,and decrease exchange risk.
