Develop Strategic Emerging Industries and Promote Strategic Change of Zhejiang Economic Development

Facing an uncertain international economic environment and a variety-of-factors dependent domestic economic situation,the development of strategic and emerging industry is the inevitable choice of transformation of economic development,promoting industrial restructuring and upgrading the inevitable choice.This paper is a special investigations proposed by National Political Consultative Conference Economic Committee based on the topic of expanding domestic demand and promote economic development pattern,development of strategic and emerging industries. This report points out several problems existing in the strategic emerging industries such as different standards,low level,repetitive layout and poor environmental issues,hinders the sustainable development of the healthy industry.Eight measures for development of strategic emerging industries are proposed accordingly,which will be good reference for Zhejiang province.
