Abstract

Higher vocational education is an important part of higher education,and higher vocational talents have become the main force in the new period.Therefore,the view of higher vocational talents will directly affect the effectiveness of vocational education.In the paper,the orientation of talents ideas and quality training are analyzed;especially combination of the practical teaching and two-way teaching organically can effectively cultivate real higher vocational talents.
