Abstract

The research on democratic consolidation has become an important part in the study of democratization, but theories of democratic consolidation are confusing. However, there are a few common opinions that can be taken from these confusing theories. Therefore, based on these opinions,it is possible to analyze democratic consolidation in a dynamic way, which can help us be out of these confusing views. One dynamic concept of democratic consolidation mainly comprises one dynamic definition of democratic consolidation and three dynamic indicators to measure democratic consolidation, which are the sustainment of democratic regimes, the attitude and behavior of people in democratic regimes, and the institutionalization of democratic regimes.
