Study on the Construction of Training Pattern of Ethnic Folk Cultural Heritage Talent

Ethnic folk culture is the primary motive force supporting the national survival and development.To a certain extent,the globalization of economy impact to the ethnic folk culture.Thus,it is necessary to cultivate excellent folk cultural heritage talent so as to protect the survival and vitality of the ethnic folk culture.On the basis of analyzing on the existing pattern of ethnic folk cultural heritage,this present article proposes some suggestions on how to cultivate talent in ethnic folk cultural heritage.
