Clinical analysis of intrathecal hysterectomy in 25 patients

Abstract

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of intrathecal hysterectomy.Methods:25 patients were treated with intrathecal hysterectomy.The surgical time,intraoperative blooding,and the anal exhaust time were observed.Results:The operative time was 60-80 min,the intraoperative blood loss was 100-200 ml,the exhaust appeared within 24 h after operation.No postoperative stump bleeding occurred.The average hospitalization time was 7 days.Conclusion:The intrathecal hysterectomy can reduce operation time,decrease blood loss and avoid the transfixion caused injury.
