Abstract

Through the analysis of the method to solve the problems concerning agriculture,countryside and farmers,that is the price enhancement of the agricultural production and the tax reform,urbanization,industrial structure theory,it is pointed out that the real importance is the function transform of the government;the improvement of relationship between the government and the market;the improvement of the comprehensive ability about agriculture.
